Refunds and Exchenges
Given the nature of Chickadee Lane products, and the subjectiveness of fragrance, Chickadee Lane orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order contains damaged or missing items, please reach out to us as soon as possible at care@chickadee-lane.com. Please include the order number and details on the issue experienced.
For damaged items, we ask that a photo of the damaged product is included in the message.
We will not be able to assist with damaged or missing product after 14 days have passed from the date of order being delivered.
